Whether you’re a classy glamper or just looking an adventure as you hit the open road this Summer, there are many ways to immerse yourself in new experiences.
We all love the novelty of glamping but Tepee Valley have taken it one step further and created their own idea of an alternative campsite. Each place is carefully decorated with historical elements which complement the era in which they originated, such as the vintage china in the gypsy caravan and a roll top bath in Abram’s House, so if you ever want to go back in time, this might be the place to start:
Staying at Tepee Valley also gives you some wonderful opportunities for adventure, as you leave the tranquillity of your accommodation, you will find a range of activities to try including horse riding, cycling, archery, mountain biking and golfing.
Most of the accommodation includes fire pits so you can spend long nights outside, sharing stories and making memories.
There are three different pods to choose from at Lisnabrague Lodge, each named after a countryside animal – The Fox’s Den, The Pheasant Pen and The Hares Hollow.
Each pod has its own area with a firepit, BBQ, picnic table, fridge, kettle, heater and you also have hot tub access on the shores of Lough Shark.
Surrounding activities and things-to-do include Gosford Forest Park, Tayto Castle or you can visit the city of Newry for restaurants, cafes and some retail therapy.
Stay in a unique luxury glamping pod less than one mile from the Davagh Forest trails. Each pod comes fully equipped and features a specially manufactured “viewing window” so you can lie in bed and gaze upon the stars – pretty cool, huh?!
